Chinese Cuisine/Oyster Sauce

Question
I find that I use Oyster Sauce a lot in my dishes and was wondering if you could suggest a few other flavourings for me to use in my meat dishes!

The other ones I can think of right now are curry, black bean, satay and some kind of bean paste.

how are you? Chef Louis here, you already mentions most
of the sauces that I currently use in my own chieese
restaurant except Hasin sauce also know as to you most
my fellow American People as Plum sauce the sauce that
you put on top of the Moo Shu Dishes in your local chinese
restaurant? but please remember don't use too much of it
otherwise you will be very thirsty when you finish your meal! thank you for your question good luck to you Chris!
