Question
I am having difficulty softening rice paper for spring rolls. When soaked together, they stick together. They also are too delicate when soaked they fail to allow for compression. What am I doing wrong? Steaming does they same problem. I soak the sheets in a plate with water. I used to soak them on a wet towel but that does not work. What do you do?

Chef Louis here! I don't know why u are soaking your spring roll wraper in water for? the reason they stuck together is because it's frozen so your remendy is
let it thaw out for about 40 mintues then try to saparate
them. if you still can't get it apart wait little more longer. hope that helps Larry! I don't mean to sound so harsh in the begaining! take care!
