Question
I am planning a chinese themed wedding, so i would like to have food with a chinese twist. I was thinking maybe terriyaki chicken breasts or sweet and sour chicken or even honey garlic chicken. My problem is that i live in a small town and none of the caters seem to know how to cook any of the above. I was wondering if you could direct me to a good place to find chinese recipes for such large numbers of people.

are trying to prepare for your wedding party.
I'am also sorry to inform you that I don't know of any
place that you can obtain recipes for your dishes.
I'am wondering why your local chinese restaurant
can't cook such a big party like yours?
