I would like to know how to make egg drop soup, just the way they do it in restaurants,  I love the way it looks  yellow thick soup and how it taste to.Does anyone know how to make egg drop soup, can tell me how to make it step by step. Thank you, Judith, TX.

hello Judith!
Chef Louis here, when making egg drop soup you would need
eggs,cooking wine,salt,MSG,white pepper, yellow coloring
corn starch, peas and carrots and corn starch!
go get chicken broth boil it first then put corn starch
in a bowl stir it then add all those ingridents in the
pot then stir corn starch slowly until it thicken.
then crack 2 eggs beat them about 40 seconds. I want you to
spread eggs evenly in the pot then dinner is serve!
