fried rice is my favorite food.I live in a small town & the food hee is not good. so,mr. Wo what is the key to cooking good fried rice.MY rice is good and my egg-roll too, i just want it to be like big city fried rice. t/y tm

chef Louis here! the keys to cooking good friend rice
is make sure your wok is hot when you getting ready to cook
that way your rice won't stick all over your wok then
you will taste a burn friend rice hope this helps thanks!
