hello T.J!

How are you? Chef Louis here. it's kinda hard to try making General Tso's sauce at home because the type
of sauce that we use to make Tso's sauce has 15 diffrent ingrident in it but I can give it to you then you try
this at home.
you will need soy sauce,cooking wine,chilly paste sauce
sugar and seaseme oil. before you put all these indrident
in your pan or wok. but little cooking oil in your pan
or wok then chop some green onion and garlic pour cooking wine with onion and garlic. then put inside your wok
stir it then add all those ingrident with it.
oh i forgot, u need corn starch(put little corn stacrh
in bowl add water) pour in that's what make this dish
thick and creamy. and last, pour vinegar to make it sour but don't add too much it will get too sour.
