Question
I have a recipe that calls for instant rice but all i have is long grain rice what do i do

CHEF LOUIS HERE, I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF INSTANT RICE BEFORE
I SUGGEST YOU USE LONG GRAIN RICE THAT'S WHAT I USE FOR THE
LAST 25 YEARS OF IN CHINESE RESTAURANT BUSINESS!
