QuestionI cannot seem to make an authentic sweet and sour sauce and puffy crisp batter for the sweet and sour chicken balls, can you help please! Thanks!

I don't want to be rude but it's hard to make authenic
sweet and sour sauce and the batter that's on sweet and sour dishes because you don't have the equipment at home
and time consuming it take me one hours to make my sweet and sour sauce at my restaurant think about how much your Gas bill will be this winter because of it? also it's lot cheaper just buy it at your local chinese restaurant.
