Greetings, A few years ago I had the pleasure of eating Dim Sum in a San francisco Chinese restaurant. They served an incredibly tasty Chicken dish. The chicken was crispy and had a bbq sort of taste. It was served in tin foil. My Sister told me it's just known as "Tin Foil Chicken". I can not seem to find any Chinese restaurant in Atlanta that serves it. However, what I really want to know is how do make it? Thank You, Shakir

This is Chef Louis how r u? did you know I live in Georgia too? anyway, I don't have the receipe for that chicken dish that you wanted but there's about 5 Dim Sum restaurant
in Atlanta they all in Chinatown area pay them a vist I'am sure you can find that dish you are looking for sorry I can't be much help thank  you for your question!
