Question
Hi There,
I developed Carpal Tunnel in both wrists almost 10 years ago. Over the past few years I have had no flare ups. In November it reoccured in my Left Wrist but unlike all other previous cases where the symptoms abate and then go after about a week, the very tips of my ring, middle & pointer fingers have stayed numb. In addtion, my arms (both left and right) ache and tire very quickly at most given tasks. I am wondering if I have a pinched nerve and what would be the best method towards healing.
Thanks in advance for your time.

Answer
You may have a repetitive motion injury to the arms, which is very treatable.  This can cause an impingement of the nerves and lead to the symptoms you describe.  Try to find a chiropractor that:  Does therapies, such as electric. stim., and low level laser, and 2.  Can address the possible misalignment issues that may be causing your symptoms.
