Question I have just hurt my neck and im worried, I was sitting on an arm chair
and my head feel forward.My symtoms are a very slight pain in the back
of my neck and when I touch my chin to my chest a slight little crack
sound, but I have no pain in my arms or shoulders and no tingling but
my neck feels tender and alot looser, any ideas what I did I can knod my head forward as if im saying yes and shake my head left and right with no pain quite fast

It is possible that you subluxated your cervical spine, or it is also possible that you adjusted your cervical spine. The only way to know is to get checked by an Upper Cervical Specific Doctor of Chiropractic. Regardless of whether you have any symptoms or not, an UC Doctor can check for nervous system interference at the brainstem level. Pressure on the brainstem interferes with the mental impulse between the brain and body and is the cause of abnormal function in the body, nearly any condition may result from this pressure.
