Question
I've suffered from migraines for yrs. recently diagnosed as status Migrainous as well as tingling in my arms and hands so bad that i have to sleep on my back with arms at my sides.
My doctor hasn't been able to help other then pain meds but someone told me that a chiropractor could. will this help with the pain?
i also have a very stiff neck and shoulders. even when relaxed they are always tense.

Answer
It may very well help with the stiffness and migraines.  Recent research has shown a previously unknown connection between the C1 vertebra, and the meninges of the spinal cord.  If there is misalignment, this can torque the meninges, and cause pressure that would or could lead to headaches.
