I KNOW AS I GET OLDER THE CURVES A GOING TO GET WORSE.  HOW CAN I STOP IT FROM GETTING WORSE.  PLEASE HELP ME  AND TELL ME WHAT I SHOULD DO OR WHERE TO GO. THANK YOU MELINDA

Answer
Melinda,

Your curves are not likely to get any worse.  Sometimes they can progress a few degrees as you age.  There is no correction except for surgery, and you must have a consultation with an orthopedic spine specialist to discuss if this is a logical option for you.  If not, then you must use any of the various conservative options available: massage, physical therapy, chiropractor, acupunture, exercise trainer, and bracing (e.g. Boston Brace).    You may find that one of these provides relief, or that the combination of some of these provides relief.  By relief, I mean reduction in your pain, not reduction in the degree of curvature.  That's not going to change.

'Hope this was helpful.
