Question
If I am asking the wrong expert forgive me. I am looking for ways to improve my posture. Do you have any pointers or suggestions? Any exercises that might help? Thanks.

Answer
Hello Art,

Focus on exercises that strengthen the "posterior chain" these are the back muscles.  Often people over work their chest and arms causing a anterior/forward slouch.  You may want to meet with a personal trainer and have them show you some exercises that focus on the back.  Form is extremely important when exercising, this is why it is important to have a trainer watch you and help with proper positioning while working out.
Doctors of Chiropractic specialize in the biomechanics of the joints and muscles of the body.  Adjustments help align the spine and improve posture.  Soft Tissue treatment that focuses on adhesions/scar tissue and tight musculature also may be beneficial for mobility and your posture!

Have a great day,
