Question
ok for the last two months when my ovulation time is over, i get a back pain for about three days that feels like i have been winded it is very painfull, not sure if this is relevan but i am trying for a baby at the moment

Answer
Julie,

I'm not sure what your question is, but I recommend you first consult with your OB/GYN, as you are trying to conceive.

If your back pain is due to some reflexive muscle spasm, a chiropractor or massage therapist who is knowledgeable in trigger point therapy (a type of 'pressure-point' manual therapy) may help. Acupuncture may also be an option to consider.

I hope this answers your question.
