Dear Doc,
I am diagnosed with an extra rib, because of which I am suffering with right shoulder pain, sleepless nights, numbness of hands. Can you please suggest good exercises for relief.

While it is possible to have another rib than most people that is probably not the cause of your problem if it is indeed the case. Where is this extra rib? Is it the first rib or the 9th rib, this makes a big difference? Is it on both sides or just one side, and if just one side, which I have never seen, which side is it? Who diagnosed this? Please respond with these answers for me, so I will be in a better position to give you the accurate answers and help.
