Chiropractors/neck/shoulder pain

Question
I had x-rays done that showed the following: There is a straightening of the normal cervical lordosis and mild reversal of the normal cervical lordosis. Mild facet arthropathy at C3-4 & C4-5. Minimal degenerative disc disease at C67- & C7-T1.
I was having neck, and shoulder pain with headaches, and also numbness in my left little and ring finger and side of left hand. Left shoulder also hurts when raised like it is out of joint.

Answer
You may want to find a good chiropractor to help with mechanical problems.  The tingling may be from a pinched nerve, because of the loss of the curve, and misalignment.  A good chiropractor will also set you up in a rehab program to strengthen the area in question.
