Chiropractors/my back!

Question
Hi, I am a 15 year old male. I play three sports a year, and especially during baseball season (i believe because i play it the most) i always get lower back pain. This first started when i was around the age of 12 or 13 when i used to play catcher. Some of the symptoms are that i can't run when i am experiencing this pain, and more specifically i believe it is on the left side of my spine. I'm not sure if this is related but every time i lift and lower my left leg, the place where the pain comes from cracks, even when it is not bothering me. If you could help steer me in the right direction that would be greatly appreciated!

Answer
Congratulations on the sports!!!  Keep up the good work.  You may want to find a good chiropractor to asses the condition.  It sounds as if the Psoas/Iliopsoas muscles may be tightening, causing the back pain.  adjustment, coupled with a good rehab program should get you back to tip top shape.
