Question
I have been feeling an intermitant burning sensation in my right leg just above my knee to the right (as you face me) it is very localised and not spreading been feeling it for about a week many times a day but not constant. It doesnt appear to be brought on by anything specific???

Answer
It can be something as simple as an irritated nerve to a case of shingles coming on.  You may want to see a chiropractor for an evaluation to determine if it is a "pinched nerve".  A good chiro. will also send you to the appropriate specialist if it is out of his realm.
