I have been suffering with Meniere's syndrome for several years. I see a specialist in the field and have tried everything recommended by the specialist and experts on the internet. Do you know of any benefits of chiropractors to help reduce attacks/symptons of this condition?

I'm sorry, but I've not read any convincing literature that joint manipulation or other manual methods can help with Meniere's disease. You may find relief of any neck symptoms associated with it, but not the dizziness.
