Question
i had a fall 6 months ago landed on my right side but my left arm got pins and needles straight away,went to my doctor he said that i had trapped a nerve in my neck left side,three days later i started to get chest pains went to a&e had e.c.g all fine.since then my symptoms have become more i also got jaw pain really bad headaches back ache  sometimes pains in my legs anyway after time i was sent for a m.r.i on my brain and neck turned out that was fine i have been to a&e about three times for my chest pains recently now i have started to have panic attacks i am seeing a chriropractor and she has been using an adaptor on my chest at the front and has done some adjustments to my back do you think this is the right treatment only now i am at the stage where i am crying all day cause i just do not know what to do for the best please help me from leanne

This sounds like post traumatic stress...  I'd advise you to get some mental health counseling along with some relaxing massage therapy.  Also, continue with the chiropractor who should also be helping you do exercise along with providing hands-on joint manipulation and soft tissue therapy.  If you are not exercising, then go to the gym or hire a trainer.   But please start with some counseling sessions with psychological social worker or psychologist or other behavioral pain management specialist.   This should help.  Keep your general MD in the loop, too.
