Question
My husband  is  36 and  for  the  past 2 weeks  has  had pain in his left leg  and  numbness  in the  foot as well, today  its  so bad he  can barely  move. Also his feet  are  very very cold  like  ice  any ideas  thank you  for  your time

Answer
There can be a few causes, one of the main ones is a pinched nerve.  If he has no other medical conditions to worry about, a trip to a chiropractor, which should include xrays, would help determine if a disc problem may be causing the numbness, an adjustment to correct any misalignments, and a good rehab program to help strengthen the area in question.
