Chiropractors/my right hip hurts

i just woke up this morning i found out that i cant move my right hip and every time 1 do i really hurts i am only 18 so please tell me what the cause could be please. jamine

I cannot provide you with a diagnosis over the Internet.

You didn't mention if you were involved in any physical activities or had an accident recently, but in general, as you are only 18, and if you haven't experienced this problem before, it is likely that your acute pain is muscular in nature.

I recommend that you see your family physician or a chiropractor for further evaluation.
