Question
I had a subluxated neck in april and its almost sep , he said now my neck is ok but the chiropractor recomends i do a wellness program . do i really have to do it again , he says if i dont my neck will snap back to the pain of the first day in april .it costs to much money i think the guys just trying to rip me off . it was in phase 1 not 3 .

Answer
Wellness programs are a good idea, if done prudently.  I will typically see someone once a month; however, once every 2 month or 3 months is not unusual.  It all depends on the patient and their ability to hold an adjustment.  As far as it going back to where you were in April, it could, it could go worse, or the pain you had could never return again.  But, if a proper rehab. program is and was implemented, your chances of fighting back and resisting re-subluxating are much better.
