Question
ive been having some really strong twitches and spasms on the right side of my neck...it does not stop..its moderatley painful and majorly annoying. what do you suggest?

Answer
Hell Chrissy,

Muscle spasms may be due to irritation of the nerve.  Chiropractic treatment reduces pressure on the nerves and spine which may be beneficial to you.  Also soft tissue massage of the affected area may also reduce tesion and frequency of the muscle spasms.

Have a great day,
