im 18... but for about 2 years now ive had pain in my right should, right by the neck, then it grow to my shoulder blade down my back... but today my hole right arm went numb and i thought it fell asleep or something, but when i woke it up i had major pain in my rest... when i move it or try to open or close something.... whats the problem and what can i do???

It is very hard to diagnose without a proper exam.  I would suggest you find a good chiropractor to have it assessed.  It sounds as if there is a pinch in a nerve, probably caused by muscle spasm.   A good chiropractor should be able to asses it, and determine if it is something more serious that you should see your family doctor about.
