My son has been experiencing left side back pain for the past couple of days. The pain is worse when laying down, sitting or sleeping. Also hurts more when sleeping and breathing. Initially the pain was minimal now has increased making it difficult to sleep. Now has also stated pain in the front chest area. Does not have any coughing or difficulty breathing
I would suggest a visit to the family doctor first, to rule out any problems. As long as everything is ok, I would suggest seeing a good chiropractor for treatment. Many things can cause the symptoms you describe, and it would be difficult to asses without a proper examination.
