Chiropractors/numbness in pinkie and ring finger

Question
For the past two weeks I have had worsening numbness and tingling in my left pinkie and ring finger.  I have also got a sore spot on my left shoulder a little down my back .  one little spot but if you push on it my whole arm goes numb.  I try to go with out a bra thinking maybe the strap was putting too much pressure on some nerve.  But it stays numb no matter what.  I do have the "grooves" in my shoulders from my straps.  I don't know whether to use heat or ice or what.  I take 1 aleve in the am and 1 again at night.  Thank you for any insight you might have.

Answer
It is possible that the bra strap is causing pressure in the shoulders, leading to pinching into the nerves of the arm.  I would suggest finding a good chiropractor to asses and treat this, as well as set you up on a good rehab program to strengthen it.
