Question
I have had grinding noise in my neck when i move it from left to right for the last 4 months and also shoulder pain.
Why do i have this noise?
What I should please advice?

Answer
Inflammation in the neck can cause the grinding sound.  I would suggest having an evaluation by your physician first to make sure nothing is medically wrong.  A visit to a chiropractor would also be beneficial as misalignment in the spine can cause inflammation, leading to the grinding
