Chiropractors/backache on using treadmill

Question
Dear Dr
In a last few days I realized that my stamina is really low and i get tired very easily. I am a homemaker and I am most of the time at home and also not exercising. So I started using the treadmill 4 days back but since then my back is aching, not severely though but there is a constant pain. I think that there is something I am doing wrong. What would you suggest?
Thanks for your time
Hadi

Answer
Back pain after starting exercise can come from many sources.  I would suggest an evaluation by a chiropractor for the following reasons:
If there is a medical problem, they should be able to determine that and send you to the proper physician, and 2.  If it is a musculoskeletal problem, they should be able to address it
