I Think if the stenosis is caused by a herniation. Then It could be related to the trauma.Everyone has some form of DDD.And further,If The trauma worsened the condition. Then it could fall under the theory of the broken egg skull law.Which means.Even that with Your DDD you were more fragile and easier to be injured.Which you can hold the negligent person liable for. So,If it the pain is from a herniated disc. Then it maybe from Trauma. You have to remember when posting online, that the insurance lobby would be quick to say,Its because you old ect.Meaning,It would be impossible to injure any older persons spine in a auto accident. You need a good attorney and hopefully a understanding Doctor.Good luck.
