Question
i have hypermobility, two bulging disks, and scoliosis. i constantly have to crack my neck and back, and now im having discomforting upper back pain. it even hurts when i breathe. ive tried cracking it but it wont crack. i have heard that cracking your neck alot can screw up your spine's alignment? is what i'm doing, (regarding the cracking) dangerous, and do i need to see a doctor?

Answer
Cracking your own spine, if forced and not done under a normal movement or stretch, can be harmful to your spine.  Feeling the constant need to "crack" the spine leads me to believe there is a structural alignment problem that needs to be addressed.  Coupling realignment with a strengthening program would be your best route.
