one morning felt tingle in hand like it was going asleep.by that evening it was numb next morn i had lost most dexterity it was difficult to work.this lasted about fourdays now it is justs my two lower fingers.my heart is fine i had e k g and is ok

As long as there are no medical issues, I would suggest a good chiropractor to assess the condition.  a pinch in one of the nerves to the arm can give the symptoms you describe, as well as a pinch somewhere along the path to the wrist.  A good chiropractor should be able to diagnose, treat, and rehab the condition, as well as point you to the proper care if it isn't a problem they can address.
