i have upper back pain since i delivered my daughter from 2.5 years, sometimes it becomes severe, and it is usually starts from my lower jaw and metastis to my right or left shoulder till it reach my upper back i feel as if i've cramp in all my back till i can't talk or even smile

There is a good chance that you are suffering from what is referred to as a Spinal Subluxation.  This is when one or more of your spinal bones gets locked into the wrong position and can cause pain at the site or decreased motion in the joint.  I would recommend that you visit a Doctor of Chiropractic in Egypt and I would recommend one to you but I do not know of any at this time.  I only refer patients to Doctors that I either know personally or professionally or at least that I have investigated and can vouch for.
Please reply with your experience after seeking out your Doctor and let me know so that I may use this information for any patients from Egypt in the future.
