Answer
Hi Crizz,

Headaches are usually caused by nerve entrapment, I suspect yours is from a herniated cervical disc. This would also explain the radiation into the shoulders and hand numbness. Same goes for the toes, this can and usually is caused by a disc protrusion in the L5/S1 area. A MRI of the cervical and lumbar spine is definitely indicated.
These conditions are easily fixed, not treated, but cured with flexion/distraction.
Find a Chiropractor with a F/D table and expect complete resolution of both discs in 3 weeks. Any other type of treatment including spinal decompression is inferior and less effective, not to mention it probably isn't covered by insurance. Google Flexion/Distraction and you will understand why it is the gold standard. There is an outside chance it may be something else but I doubt it.

Good Luck!
