Question
Hello, I recently developed a condition where my Right arm will ache at the bicep and soemtimes forearm. At times my arm will tingle but always my hand and fingers will tingle along with the first two fingers of the right hand go semi numb. I suspect a nerve problem but unsure. Is there a non surgical approach to alleviate this condition?

Answer
There are a few approaches, depending on what caused it.  Electrical stimulation, ultrasound, myofascial release, low level laser, etc., are all treatments that can help.  Also, misalignments in the forearm can cause pinching of the nerves, leading to the symptoms you describe.  A good chiropractor should be able to assess and treat it, as well as refer you out if it does not respond.
