I am a female, 31 years old, 164 cm high, 72 kg; I have tow kids normal deliveries 5 and 4 years.
Iam suffering from extreme pain in my lower right back, walking or stepping on my right leg makes me cry. It started after delivering my 4 year old girl. First time pain was after a wrong movement picking up something from the floor. I was fully recovered after 7-10 days. It happened every 4 to 6 months, and now I have the pain almost every month like my monthly period. I visited to a lot of doctors but every body gives me painkiller which really don't help a lot . I had an x-ray done. The doctor sad it is fine.

Hi Ranja,

Have you visited a chiropractor or acupuncture office?  It is hard to say what you have without knowing the full history and lacking an examination as well.  

I suggest to visit a chiropractor or acupuncturist who may be able to help you with the pain.
