My 227 month old daughter has had a seizure disorder since last two months. EEG shows it to be epilepsy. She is also having cognitive delays and has hypotonia. She is very cranky all the time. She had two loops of the umblical chord on her neck when she was born. Some body has suggested upper cervical chiropratic care. Do you know someone good in Mumbai(India)?

I am sorry to hear of your daughter's problems.
She was born two years ago, and about two months ago started exhibiting symptoms. Do you feel the birth injury - "....She had two loops of the umblical chord on her neck when she was born...." from two years ago is related to the new symptoms?
Was there any other kind of trauma, intervention, incident, change, something new introduced two or three months ago- and then these new symptoms came? Was there any trauma, any injury? Was there a new food introduced? Was there an illness- a flu/ cold/ FEVER/ diarrhea/ colic/ whatever? Was there a medication/ injection/ pill/ treatment given for something else that may have precipitated this?
Of note- a head blow or a fever could be significant. Any blow to the head? Any fever during a cold/ flu/ diarrhea? Any fever after a medication/ shot/ injection?
".....She is very cranky all the time...."- is this only in the last two- three months?? Perhaps started at the same time?
Why an almost two year lapse in symptoms/ diagnosis from the birth injury to these seizures? Is there anything else that an 18 month old, 20 month old baby has happen that could cause this symptomatology? Anything that you can think of?
