Chiropractors/Shoulder pain

Question
I have had ongoing (3 years or so)shoulder pain (mainly felt on my outer upper arm)of my left arm. I cannot sleep on that side. However I roll over on to that side briefly each morning after wakening and ALWAYS experience dizziness. I keep my eyes closed and it always last the same amount of time - around ten seconds.
Could these two problems be caused by the same thing ?
Could seeing a chiropractor help? Physiotherapy has not helped me at all. Thank you.

Answer
Hello Diane,

I am sorry to hear of your complaints.

I will 'cut to the chase'.

"....Could these two problems be caused by the same thing ?...."
Probably Not. Highly unlikely.

".....Could seeing a chiropractor help?...."
Yes.  please see book:  http://www.amazon.com/Medications-Treatment-Dizziness-Fibromyalgia-Conditions/dp...

There are different specialties in Chiropractic, just as there are different specialties in Medicine.  Chiropractic Specialties- see:
http://www.acatoday.org/pdf/ApprovedChiropracticSpecialtyPrograms.pdf

I recommend visiting your local Doctor of Chiropractic, preferably one with additional credentials- ie: a Diplomat status in sports injury (like me!), neurology- see Dr. Johnson above, or perhaps orthopedics.

I hope this helps.  If you need further info, do not hesitate to recontact me here at:
