Question
I have an inflamed SI joint.  do I need good walking shoes or good running shoes???

Answer
Hello Dusty,

Running shoes will have more support and cushioning.  Brooks and Asics are two good brands to try.  Always remember to ice the S.I. joint as this will bring down the inflammation..2-3x per day.

Have a great day,
