Chiropractors - question re days when not receiving treatment

Expert: Dr. Paul Newhart - 6/19/2009

Question
I am currently undergoing treatment from a local chiroprator and am getting adjustments 3 times/week (as I just started)on Monday, Wed, & Thurs--what can I do on Fri-Sun to maintain the good work that I am receiving?  I am in this for the long term not just until I get to feeling better.

Answer
First, I would like to apologize for the lateness of my reply.  I have had a computer down.  I would not hesitate to do anything.  Having treatment is a remodeling process for the body.  Everything that you do will only contribute to the overall effect on the body.  But, I will say, and I know it may sound stupid:  If it hurts, don't do it!!!  That is one of the best pieces of advice I can give you
