Answer
Nishi,

Loss of cervical lordosis is common and not considered a disease.  The spondylitic changes are part of osteoarthritis or joint degenerative changes.   Again, it likely is not enough to explain all of your pains.  These degenerative changes are likely inherited.  You need to see a doctor that specializes in joint pain and get an evaluation, preferably by a doctor of chiropractic.  So long as nothing bad is going on, then try some manual therapy.   If you suffer from depression, this is a significant factor in your perception of pain and it must be addressed by your medical physician.

'Hope this was helpful.
