I slipped and fell and hit by my right buttocks area pretty hard.  A day or two later my right leg starting at the knee area down to my foot feeling numb, now my hip is also numb and its getting more difficult to walk.  Also I walk it feels like 1 leg is longer than the other, also my arm feels weak at times.

The slip and fall may have injured your spine affecting the nerve and blood circulation.  Since the condition is not improving, I suggest for you to visit a chiropractor for a full evaluation in order to know the specific extent of the injuries.
