Chiropractors/Pain in Scapular Region

Question
three months ago i had experienced pain in scapula. the pain is severe as griping my heart. i go to hospital they had done ecg (normal) checked blood pressure (normal 120/80 age 33 years) they indicated scapula pain related to stomach. for my worry i visited heart specialist but he told me that i havent any problem related to my heart. and reffered to medical specialist who treated me with Capsules Risek, Tablets Motillium etc i got relief a bit but pain still survives some times low sometimes severe. i visited another doctor who got some tests such as blood CP (normal), LFT (normal), urine (normal), blood uric acide (normal), Xrays for Cervical and Chest (normal) and treated me with diclofenic sodium, Zantac, motilium, etc but no relief then treated with Injections methycobal (10 Injections) alongwith tramadol but no relief then added Tablet Fygesic and Zynol but no relief every time in evening the pain gets severe and i had to consult my doctor again and he inject me a pain killer. the doctor restrict my diet also and banned for meat, heavy cholestrol things, nuts etc. still i had pain rising from back (Scapula) vertically closer to my Shoulder/neck then getting down in front left side to wards my region over heart. when the pain severes it also affects my left arm upto the nail of ring finger and lowers to the the left leg also currently i am taking Capsules Raprazole, Tablets Optalidon, Tablets Zynol, Tablets Trimisil, Syrup Famotidine and Tablets Tramadol etc but no relief. i will be very thankful to your honor if my problem may please be diagnosed so that i could be able to treat it properly to get relief. thanks

Thank you for your question. While I cannot give you a diagnosis over the Internet, it does not sound as if your symptoms are musculoskeletal in origin. I would be concerned about gallbladder disease or gallstones, which can refer pain to the scapular, abdominal, and chest regions.

I would recommend seeing a gastroenterologist or general surgeon for further work-up, which would probably include a CT scan.
