I am ADHD and suffer from extreme anxiety but this muscle tension is killing me. It has only got really bad over the past few months and I cant even leave my house because of dizziness and pressure in my ears. It even feels like muscles in my eyes are pulling. It I cannot get a diagnosis from and Doctor. No pain killers help. PLEASE CAN YOU ADVISE!!! thank you

Answer
Peter,

You more than likely have a subluxation of your C1/C2 vertebrae in the upper most part of your neck just below your skull. I would suggest seeing a Chiropractor for an exam and adjustment. This will relieve the pressure behind your eyes and the muscle tension and the dizziness. You should also have an MRI of your head to rule out any pathology. I would expect the chiropractor you see to discuss this with you.

Also double check any medications you are taking with your pharmacist to see if they could be causing you any dizziness.

I hope this sheds some light on your condition.
