Question
i visited my doctor a number of years ago who sent me for xrays and was informed i had curved spine at top and twisted at bottom. i do suffer from occassional backache but nothing serious, however im now getting a lot of aches at bottom of my back and also in my hip (but always on the opposite side ive slept on)which is getting more frequent and longer lasting. do you think these symptoms are related to my twisted swine at all. thank you

Answer
Louise,
I see this type of case quite often, and it is highly likely that the problems you are having in your upper spine may be responsible for your problems elsewhere.  Since we are a Specialty Clinic, we are able to locate and correct the cause of your ill health condition which is most often times not at the area of complaint.  The only way that you can resolve this and get well is to have the cause corrected.  Since most doctors do not have this specialized training, most people do not get well and they are told by their doctors that what they offer is all that can be done, it's quite sad actually.
