how bad is this and whats the best treatment?c4-c5 inter-vertebral discs shows a 3.5 mm bulge in neutral position c5-c6 inter- vertebral disc shows 4.1 bulge measures 3.4c6-c7disc shows 4.2 mm bulge measures 3.4 mml4-l5 4.2mm it measures 3.6mm during extension  4.3 mm during flex ion the thecal sac is in indented l5-s1 shows 5.1 disc bulge 5.5mm and a 5.8mm during flexion s1 is displaced at this level thecal sac indented this stuff is on my mri but i need to know how bad is this and what should i do i'm always in soooo much pain and can't do alot of anything any more i was in a wreck 10 months ago also my neck and shoulders they feel like something is so heavy on my shoulders and so much pain in my buttocks please help

I would suggest you find a practitioner of the McKenzie Method.  This can help tremendously, and would be a good starting point.  Have you tried chiropractic yet?  Gentle adjustments of the spine would probably be very beneficial, and may reduce your pain considerable when coupled with a rehab program.
