Question
I am a powerlifter and have been suffering from pain in the top of my forearm into my anterior elbow.  I hurt it doing heavy hammer curls.  I have cut everything out of my lifts that cause pain but the pain is still there after 4 months. I have had a couple massage therapy treatments that did help but did not eliminate the pain.

Any Advice?

Thanks

Answer
Without and actual hands on exam, it is a little difficult to diagnose, but you probably have some tendonitis into the elbow (like tennis elbow).  I would suggest an evaluation by a chiropractor that deals with sorts injuries.  They should be able to assess and treat this injury, and get you on a rehab program to decrease the chances of it recurring.
