I'm getting depressed. any help

Answer
Nicolas,

I'm not sure what your physical therapy consisted of.  You need to try a short course of skilled neck joint manipulation, preferrably by a doctor of chiropractic.   It should also include soft tissue treatment such as Graston Technique or active myofascial release methods (sort of like a deep massage where you also do the moving of your neck or shoulder, for example).    If that doesn't work, then you will have to consult a pain management doctor for consideration of injections into the neck (there are different kinds, e.g. epidural steroid injection, facet joint "blocks").

'Hope this helps.
