Question
I have been going to the chiropracter for about two years now, this being the third chiropractor, but none have been able to get the curve back on my neck,is there a product you recommend and is it a hard problem to fix, it has been bothering me the whole time and every chiropracter does somthing different and they are not able to fix it.

Answer
Sergio,

I think one of the best devices is called the posture pump and you need to know they make one for the neck and one for the lower back. You find these on e bay for about $150.00. It is important not to over do the posture pump and realize longer sessions are not better frequent shorter sessions is best.

These units are very durable and will last you a long time. It may take a year or more to obtain the curve back in your neck. Also if you do decide to purchase this device you should seek the care of a healthcare professional on how the device works and how to properly use the device. My advise is not meant as treatment protocol for the posture pump or the loss of lordosis in your neck.

Hope this helps!
